Electrolysis is the permanent removal of hair from the human body using a fine, flexible probe to apply a measured amount of electricity to the base of the hair follicle, causing destruction of the follicle.

It  is the only FDA approved permanent hair removal method. Electrolysis is effective on all hair and skin types.
